Condolence: Barbara, I am so sorry to her of Jim’s passing. He was true friend. I have fond memories of Jim. I will never pass a banana in the store and not think of him. He shared his banana trees with me and I in returned shared them with many. This year, bananas grew on one which was a treat to see and to share. He was a very interesting individual and well versed in many topics.
I am sorry that I will not be able to make his funeral as I am in Biloxi for the winter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I’ll pray that God gives you comfort in the coming days.
May God Bless you with His loving arms. Mary Kladiva

Condolence: In 1968 I went to work for Employment Security. Fresh out of college, green as a gourd, my first big girl job. The manager , an old letch of a man put me in the desk in front of Jim to show me the ropes. And boy he did!!! I have loved him dearly ever since. He was full of professionalism, humor and wit. With a smile he could lighten any load. He was a true treasure of a man and I will him. Love to all the family.
