She was married on April 21, 1956 in Linn, Mo. to Nolen Henry Rinne.

Eunice enjoyed going fishing and being outdoors, especially the camping trips to Colorado when her children were younger. She spent a lot of time tending to her garden and flowers. She took pride and enjoyment in canning her home grown food and will be remembered for her sweet corn. She loved to cook and bake for her family and friends and never let a person leave hungry.
