Obituary for Jeremy D. Henry

Jeremy D.  Henry
Jeremy David Henry, age 38 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Sunday, August 28, 2016.

Jeremy was born November 23, 1977 in Jefferson City, Mo. a son of Dale D. and Patricia M. (Lilleston) Henry.

A lifelong resident of the central Missouri area, he attended Jefferson City High School and played on the soccer team. He always enjoyed staying busy with athletics when he was younger.

Jeremy was employed in the production department at Continental Plastics in Jefferson City and had worked previously in the home construction industry as a brick layer.

He was a past member of Immaculate Conception Church.

Jeremy enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and hiking to find arrow heads, and working on cars. His children were the light of his life and he cherished any time he spent with family.

Survivors include: his parents, Dale and Patty Henry of Jefferson City, Mo.; one brother, A.J. Henry and his wife Mallary of Kansas City, Mo. and their daughter, Collins; four children, Brooke Henry, Rylie Henry, Katrin Teson, and Spencer Teson, all of Jefferson City, Mo.; his significant other, Julie Jacobs of Jefferson City, Mo.; his paternal grandfather, Richard Henry of Fulton, Mo.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Joanne Lilleston, and his paternal grandmother, Darlene Henry.

Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 until 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016.

A private Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be conducted in the Freeman Chapel.
